Annual appraisals are taken seriously in our company. This is where the annual salary increase is based and such a huge factor for promotion. It is no wonder employers take huge investments in training people give feedback and coaching, and training leaders how to obejctively appraise his or her members. The 360 degree feedback has been a product used by many employers and HR employees for many years. Recently it has been enhanced to be a better product with the goal being targeted on coaches. They have worked together with Right Key Coaching to introduce this new product. As an analyst for my account, this product would certainly help me coach my agents effectively.
