I had a talk with my sister before and she told me she would never buy a house and buy a condo unit instead. While I do love having a panama city condo I told her it would not be a good place to raise kids as I love my kids have their own place to run around and free. She told she would never buy a house because that is the job of her would-be husband and that her condo will be just hers, to enjoy her singlehood.
