Savings for 2012

I told myself I will be saving more in the coming new year , maybe invest on cheap morgan silver dollars and some mutual funds. We are expecting a bit of a windfall in the next coming weeks and we pray that we can put it to good use. I really want to support the husband in his business plans and if all goes well, at least I can afford not to take in too much work all the time. I remember something I read that said, "It not how much you earn but how much you spend (or save)." Can I get an AMEN?!
